A volume source is a source which is applied over a set of
elements. In the .geo file the last entry on each line defining the
faces which bound an element is an element patch number. This element
patch number is used in the inform to identify to which elements a
volume source should be applied. For example, if an element has
an element patch number equal to 1 then any volume source
applied to PATCH 2 in the inform will be applied to the element.
The following sub sections describe the standard PHYSICA volume
sources.
